Why doesn't my discount code work?
Codes are very case sensitive, so ensure that you have typed it out accurately, alternatively just copy and paste it directly into the promo box. If it still doesn't work then double check the expiry of the discount code to see if it is still valid. Finally, some promo codes are specific to selected items, so it's always good to check the terms and conditions before trying to use the code.
Can I amend my order?
As we are really quick at processing your order once you have purchased unfortunately we are unable to amend your order as soon as you have pressed "confirm and pay". If you would like to change an item you can send us back your refund and purchase your desired item again.
Do you accept student discount?
We do accept student discount! Students can exclusively receive money off with a valid NUS extra card or a UNIDAYS number. Once you have added all your lovely items to your basket simply click "view my bag", enter your NUS or UNIDAYS number then click submit, you're now ready to purchase! Sale items are excluded and you can't use your student discount with any other discount code.
Will I be charged custom and import duties?
Missguided can't personally control any duties applied to your package. If your package is worth 1000 Australian dollars or less then your order will be shipped as DDP (delivery duty paid) which means all relevant import duties are already paid and included in the product price. So no more fees will need to be paid. If your package was over 1000 Australian dollars then all duties must be paid by the customer and are entirely out of our hands. We are also unaware of what your charges will be as the customs policies and charges vary between countries.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately Missguided don't offer exchanges to both Australia and New Zealand. Although they do offer returns, so they recommend you simply return your Missguided order to receive your refund and then place a new order.
